Problem: When attempting to use the student data file documents for chapters 11 and 12, a message appears stating that the macros have been disabled. Therefore, students cannot complete the exercise steps in these chapters.

Solution: To enable macros, change the security level on your computer to "Low". This topic is discussed in lesson 10.1.2. (For the next edition, we will review Word's security levels again in the beginning of Chapter 11.)
