Glen Coulthard, Lead Author and Series Editor

Glen Coulthard lives in British Columbia, Canada, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) and an MA.Ed. in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University. He is also completing his doctorate in Educational Technology with Purdue University. Having worked in education since 1988, Glen has managed and instructed continuing education and university degree programs. He is currently a full-time continuing professor in the School of Business with Okanagan College, located in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. When he is not teaching or developing software tutorials, Glen assists corporate clients through his company Current Communications Inc., implementing technology-based teaching, learning, and performance support systems. Sarah Hutchinson-Clifford, Author

Besides authoring software tutorials for the Advantage Series, Sarah Hutchinson co-authors Computers, Communications, and Information with Stacey Sawyer and Using Information Technology with Brian Williams. Sarah has taught computer concepts and applications courses at Golden Gate University in San Francisco and has done extensive consulting for corporate and public-service clients, including the United States Army. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara and resides in Orinda, California.

Pat Graves, Author

A professor with Eastern Illinois University, Pat is a well-respected author and instructor for Microsoft Office applications. In addition to being a contract writer for McGraw-Hill Higher Education, Pat develops and writes the PowerPoint curriculum for the Advantage Series.

Ann Miller, Author

Ann is a professor at Columbus State Community College in Ohio. As a specialist instructor for Microsoft Office Word, Ann has worked on our Word curriculum for the past two editions of the Advantage Series.
